The purpose of this engagement is to assist Bethesda Community Clinic with topics identified in a recent CCHF|solutions presentation at the board meeting. This proposal calls for a hybrid consulting/coaching approach that helps build capacity of the clinic at its current size. Coaching will be provided to the CEO and consulting services to advise her on how to build management systems, goals and capacity of the clinic for future growth.
Project Components:
The consultant (Kacie McDonnell) will provide:
1. 8 hours of monthly work to include 2 meetings per month. 1 by phone and 1 in person not to exceed 6 hours. The other 2+ hours will be reserved for research, material development, analysis and review.
2. Material preparation on topics such as board development, fundraising, operational capacity.
3. Project assignments will include the client providing data on the above topics for consultant feedback as well as consultant designed written pieces
Project Expectations & Requirements:
Consultant will meet and coach Karen on one topic at a time. In the coaching role, Kacie will ask questions, assign homework and help Karen take action to build capacity and make key decisions. Coaching topics may include: review current clinic data, set and measure key performance indicators; collect and analyze financial health, patient volumes, board competency, and fundraising activities.
