OUR HISTORY
OUR ROOTS IN CCHF
Christian Community Health Fellowship (CCHF) is a community of Christian healthcare professionals who are committed to living out the gospel through healthcare among the poor. What we have in common is that we consider our careers and training in healthcare as a missional calling to serve Christ.
CCHF has been a trusted advisor to faith-based clinics for the past 40 years. We have worked with free, charitable, and direct pay clinics, as well as Federally Qualified Health Centers and Look-Alike clinics. We understand the strengths and limitations of all models, and know the best practices that make health clinics viable and sustainable. More importantly, we understand that the mission of the clinic should not be determined by its model. The model must serve the mission.
CCHF SOLUTIONS FORMATION
For years we have provided insights and advice to CCHF clinics, helping them through creative processes that have enabled them to remain true to their calling. As the number and complexity of these organizations have grown, we have created CCHF Solutions to meet the demands for higher-level management consulting within the CCHF community and beyond.
OUR CONSULTANTS
Our experienced consultants have been part of this community, and most have served as administrators of successful faith-based health centers. They understand and respect the unique values and mission of your organization and will work to reinforce them while helping you achieve excellence and growth.

BETH BROWN
CONSULTANT
Beth is currently the Acting President of Butterfield Memorial Foundation with 25 years experience in multiple facets of non-profit work and fundraising. Her expertise as a CCHF Solutions consultant include: Board Retreat Facilitator, Fundraising Strategy, Solicitation Training, short/long term program/structural goals, Coach in Governance, and Board Development.
KACIE MCDONNELL
CONSULTANT
Kacie is currently the Stewardship Director of an FQHC, and has had roles as interim CEO, COO and Development Director at other non-profit health clinics. Her expertise as a CCHF Solutions consultant is Strategic Planning, Board Training, HRSA Readiness, Quality Programs, Funding Model Evaluation, and Development Planning.
STEVE NOBLETT
CEO OF CCHF
In his role as Director of CCHF, Steve has visited CCHF clinics to provide spiritual encouragement and vision casting. He will continue to do this, but as a CCHF Solutions consultant his area of expertise is Strategic Planning and Board Development.
KYLE VÄTH
DIRECTOR OF CCHF SOLUTIONS
Kyle has a BS in Nursing with an emphasis on healthcare ministry. He has had leadership roles in the areas of Public health, home health and clinical health administration. With CCHF Solutions, Kyle’s expertise is HRSA Readiness with a focus on healthcare services, needs and clinical QI/QA. He has also developed custom software to help clinics organize files and documents to be prepared for HRSA site visits.
BURT WALLER
CONSULTANT
Burt has over 40 years experience in healthcare administration, leading major hospitals and a large non-profit multi-site heath services organization in inner-city Memphis. As a CCHF Solutions consultant, Burt specializes in HRSA Readiness with an emphasis on Financial Management, Board Authority, and Staff Management.
PAUL WRIGHT
COACH
Paul has 20 years experience in community and economic development and has led several consulting teams serving mission-based enterprises. As the CCHF Solutions Director, he is responsible for overseeing operations as well as hiring new consultants. His consulting areas of expertise is in leadership development and coaching, facility financing, and non-profit management practices.
We will stand with you as partners, empowering your team to grow and develop while honoring the role of faith in your management and operations.
